Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at info@ccc-usa.co if you cannot find an answer to your question.

CCC® is an engineered electrical conductor featuring a continuous copper surface layer combined with a structurally optimized metallic core. It is designed for low-voltage cable manufacturing and building wire applications.

No.

CCC® is manufactured using controlled metallurgical bonding technology to ensure a uniform copper surface and stable electrical performance. It is developed as an engineered conductor solution with defined resistance and mechanical characteristics.

When incorporated into a finished cable design, CCC® conductors are suitable for cables designed to comply with:

  • IEC 60228
  • IEC 60227
  • IEC 60332-1
  • IEC 60287

Final compliance depends on the complete cable construction and testing.

 Yes.

CCC® is intended for use in low-voltage PVC insulated cables (450/750V) commonly installed in:

  • Residential buildings
  • Commercial offices
  • Distribution panels
  • Lighting circuits
  • Socket outlet circuits

 CCC® provides:

  • Stable DC resistance values
  • Consistent conductivity along its length
  • Controlled voltage drop characteristics
  • Predictable current-carrying performance

Electrical data is available upon request for project submittals.

Yes.

CCC® conductors are designed to be terminated using standard copper lugs and conventional crimping tools. No special connectors are required.

No.

CCC®-based cables can be installed using standard practices for low-voltage building wiring in conduit, trunking, and distribution systems.

All Standard sizes for wires, cables, Bars, and rods

Other sizes may be available upon request

Each production batch undergoes:

  • Dimensional verification
  • DC resistance measurement
  • Surface inspection
  • Batch traceability

Test reports can be provided for consultant review.

CCC® is designed specifically for low-voltage building cable applications and is engineered to provide stable and reliable electrical performance when used within rated conditions.

  • Engineered conductor solution
  • Controlled electrical characteristics
  • Installation compatibility with conventional systems
  • Suitable for modern LV building standards
  • Brand-protected and traceable product

  Yes.

CCC® can be specified as an engineered copper composite conductor for low-voltage cable systems, subject to project approval and compliance documentation
